Many participants have commented on just this - they’d already tried psychotherapy, meditation, self-help, reiki… And yet, this program brought it together for them. This program uses a unique and comprehensive integration of mindfulness tools, psychotherapy techniques, proven coaching methods, and actionable steps (practiced through the course), participants take on their metamorphosis in a way that is safe, guided, and incredibly effective.
On average, people spend about an hour a week with the video material and written exercises. As you go through the program, you will probably choose to add certain activities on a daily basis, say, 20 minutes of meditation, 5 minutes of butterfly tapping, joyful activities… You could count these hours as part of the “program” or as part of your increased ability to access joy and enact self-care.
