In this empowering journey, you and the other participants will:
Uncover your own negative core beliefs, finding the truly core ones that have shaped your life.
Understand how these beliefs developed.
Recognize how these beliefs have driven thoughts, feelings and behaviors throughout your life.
Develop reasonably-stated positive core beliefs that will serve as powerful counterweights to your negative perceptions.
Learn and practice proven techniques for transforming negative core beliefs.
Reframe your mindset.
Hear the experiences of others to reinforce your learning within a supportive environment. (Via chat, not video!)
As the program progresses, you will notice:
You are developing self-compassion!
Your self-esteem is improving
Your negative self-talk is simply not as powerful or convincing
If you miss a session, you will receive the recording via email which you can watch at any time. While watching a replay, you can send a comment or question which Barbara will personally receive via email. She will address questions in the subsequent session.
Each session will last approximately one hour. You might want to rewatch the session, which you will be able to do. The amount of time you spend in between sessions is up to you, but one hour between sessions should suffice.
If you attend all three sessions (live or on replay) and complete the workbook, and do not believe the program has helped, please reach out to us. Let us know what did and didn't work and what your experience was. We will provide a full refund in exchange for your feedback :)
